On the highway level when you are driving the golden car. Hold
until you reach the max speed (speedometer is in the top left corner) then hold
to burn your "nitro" and obviously don't crash into anything. For some reason I was unable to get this until I caught up with the truck. Then I didn't even need all my nitro.
