This is on the city level where you enter a supermarket halfway. After beating up a few thugs (and maybe earning the "Are you hurt?" achievement) you arrive to a fruit aisle. This battle consist of the same two phases. You can throw fruit with
at the enemies while avoiding theirs. Even on easy it is extremely easy to get hit. Just simply not standing in the red circles doesn't guarantee anything. It is very hard to see if you got hit so you may not even notice it. If you fail and restart you have to start from the beginning of the entrance of the supermarket. This is one of those ridiculously hard achievements... you can make easy with a trick.
Do this on easy. Before you walk to the aisle make sure you control Terrence (the smaller guy). As soon as the battle starts run behind Bud and stay there for the whole fight. His body blocks every attack (even if you are in the red) while he slowly dispatches the enemies. He may move any time so watch out. You should get it in a few tries.
