During the second to last mission (mech level) at the very beginning after the first few waves of enemies are killed a UFO will appear. Weaken this UFO until there is just a sliver of health left and push cn_down to access the grenades hold cn_LT to hard aim the grenade and chuck it up at the weakened UFO if the toss was successful the Achievement will unlock right away. Should you fail simply pause and restart chapter, only takes a few minutes per attempt.
