From the ultimate team menu hit "Play" -- "Solo Challenges" -- "Campaign" Game 1: Bengals. You have 3 plays to rush 10 or more yards, this challenge is on Rookie difficulty so it will be easy to accomplish.
I recommend hitting "play type" -- "outside run" and choosing a pitch play. Sprint to the outside, gain 10 yards, and the achievement will pop after you select "finish game" and return to the menu after collecting rewards
