With respect to Maka, I think there's an easier method.
2 controllers. Turn off the play clock. I maxed out Winnipeg so everyone was 99. I played against Montreal, but I don't think that matters.
Second controller - Running - Rouck (page 4). This is a QB keeper, so the QB is actually a runner, not a passer.
Main controller - 3-4 Base - Grizzly (page 2). This pulls the D back a bit, giving your player some room to move.
I brought number 92 (linebacker) from the left side to the right. Hike the ball with your 2nd controller, then run in with 92 (the RB will have run past you) and DIVE TACKLE at the QB with
. This seemed to work consistently, and popped after the 5th try. You don't need to sprint, the QB will be wide open.
