  This achievement is easy and straightforward, but will take some time as you need to obtain the meat to work with.
  Meat (or Flesh, as it’s called when you harvest it from bodies in the morgue) can be removed from bodies at the cost of ‘damaging’ the corpse. Collecting these and taking them to your Home allows you to slice the meat at the cooking table (which you can then cook in the oven).
  All this achievement requires is for you to create 30 slices, which means you’ll need to harvest at least 30 Flesh from bodies, and then turn them into meat slices at your cooking table.

  I can confirm that it popped for me just when I was removing flesh from a corpse so there's no need to slice them actually.

  I’ve done 30 slices consecutive and it nvr popped. Did the dlc’s bug this out?

  I swear I have well over 40 slices and still nothing. I have the dlc edition

  Pretty easy achievement but will take some time to grind since you have to wait until the bodies are delivered. Once you gain access to the morgue you just need to harvest “flesh” from a body. Do this thirty times to get the achievement. Doing this alone has given me progress towards the achievement via the tracker.
  
  If you have resources to spare you can build more space for bodies in the morgue so you can hold more at a time to prevent bodies from not being delivered.

  Really fast way to do this.
  Can be done with your first body!
  Extract the flesh from a body at autopsy table.
  Next click the plus icon at the bottom of the list of body parts available to extract.
  Add the flesh back in.
  Now extract again.
  Repeat until you have done this 30 times.
  
  **Unsure if the add in option is part of the breaking dead dlc though.
