For Ebisu Syle you have to do a great drift into great jump (or better) and continue the great drift after landing.
A good place to do this is under airport

Try to slide into the jump, that the car jumps side ways otherwise you will not continue the drift after landing.
~~Don't use E-Drift, it does not continue after jump.~~
In the comments where a advice that E-Drift also counts -> i didn't get ebisu this way
When you have problems to get your car to slide, turn off STM in Settings

When you found a good spot an done your skill, use rewind to the point before you started the drift, then do it again, so you can get relative easy and fast the 10 ebisu skills.

you can do this with every car you prefer to drift

i used for example the x 999 awd lambo in video and a S 900 rwd nissan silvia for the ebisu skills

I used dodge hemi, that was very easy, comparing to same challenge Holden only.

In short:
You must do atleast 'great drift' + 'great air' + 'great drift'.
NB: In that exact order. If different skills interrupt then it wiill not work (like wreckage ect).
