    There are multiple ways to reach this room
    Shortest and easiest route (In my opinion.):
    1. Your starting room: Prisoners' Quarters –>
    2. Promenade of the Condemned –>
    3. Ramparts
    4. Black Bridge
    5. Stilt Village
    6. Your target location: Clock Tower
