How to unlock the All-seeing achievement

  This achievement is gained during Act 1, while the objective shows "Spy on Raiders". You'll be asked to talk to all 3 characters, and use your binoculars to mark points of interest. You must view all possible points of interest from all 3 characters to gain this. The best way to do this is to just stay in binocular mode until the game forces you out. Violet/Louis should have 5 points of interest, AJ should have 2, and Willy should have 3. The following missable achievement can be seen in the video below at 2:46:

  Thanks for the guide but I don't see how this is missable. I wasn't able to progress the game without looking at all of the points of interest and speaking to all 3 of them.

  Obviously this will contain spoilers, but I have tried to limit this solely to the requirements to unlock the achievements
  
  I would recommend making backups saves during the game just in case you miss something, however there are no multiple path achievements in this episode.
