  For the first part of this achievement, you must learn the passcode when interrogating Abel at the start of the chapter. Here are the dialogue options I chose, though others might work - I believe the last 2 are the important ones.
  
  - [Let AJ wake him]
  - [Let Abel drink]
  - They've abandoned you
  - Fuck your war
  - Let him smoke
  - I hope so
  - [Let him sweat]
  - You'll know soon enough
  
  Now you know the password is "Rockingham". Later in the episode when you're sneaking through the ship, a guard will hear you and ask who's there. Select "Rockingham" and the guard will leave and the achievement should unlock.
  
  

  MAKE A SAVE BEFORE THE HIDE BEHIND THE ZOMBIES PART. I did everything the walkthrough and guide said (and got the paper with password) and didn't get the guard asking for the password he just killed me multiple times like the other comments here said and now I have to do the whole episode again. So yea make a save before the part where you hide behind the zombies just in case.

  the way to get a guard to spot you but not kill you is barely do the quicktime with a late reaction. This is easiest in the hallway betwen the first room after a cutscene on the first floor

  This is a 2 part achievement:
  
  During Act 1: While interrogating Abel:
  - "let him smoke"
  - "I hope so"
  - "[Let him sweat]"
  - "You'll know soon enough"
  
  He will then reveal a secret note in his shoe, and upon studying it, you will learn the call signal of "Rockingham". This knowledge is required for a dialogue option to appear later.
  
  During Act 3: Upon entering the ship, you will sneak and be spotted by an enemy. When they call out to you, respond with "Rockingham", and make them leave and unlock the achievement. Keep in mind, this option is not available if you don't complete the interrogation properly in Act 1.

  I wanted to mention that I chose to burn the cigarette out, and still was able to get the code from his boot. I did choose the rest of the dialogue listed above.

  Full Achievement Walk-through for The Walking Dead: The Final Season Episode 2.
  
  Obviously this will contain spoilers, but I have tried to limit this solely to the requirements to unlock the achievements
  
  I would recommend making backups saves during the game just in case you miss something, however there are no multiple path achievements in this episode.

  During the end of the interrogation you need to chose this dialog path in order to have able reveal the code word "Rockingham" which you will need in ACT 3

  ACT 3
  At a point on the ship you will be cornered by a solider behind some boxes, if you use the code word "Rockingham" the solider will tell you to get back to your post and the achievement will pop.
