    The solution above is good but a better way of doing this is on Baku. Set a 3 lap race and turn ERS to Hotlap from the start. Your battery will deplete and recharge throughout the race but providing you have around 12/13% by the time you get onto the home straight you will deplete the battery before crossing the line.

    J4LHHow do you change the ERS to hotlap? Mine is grayed out so I can't change it.

    jamnjazzzBaku worked for me, but I did not specify good weather, my first try was in some drizzle and I couldn't really just floor it all the time so finished w/ 3%. Net time I made sure it was Sunny and worked like a charm.

    Here is what I did to unlock this:

    Grand Prix > Mercedes

    Select Canada as the track.

    In Race Settings go for 5 laps, then Rules & Flags off.

    Once you begin the race, turn ERS up to [5] and Fuel up to [3].

    Drive the majority of the, Lap normally but when you get to the final straight cut the chicane entirely while going full-throttle. If you let off the throttle at any point the battery will begin to recharge.

    You should be near 0% already after 2-3 laps but I’ve set it to 5 so you have some buffer room to fully deplete the battery. Just make sure to cut that final chicane every lap and you’ll unlock this at the end of the race.

    - Use either Grand Prix or Multiplayer.
    - Set track to Suzuka Full
    - Turn Rules and flags off
    - Set race length to 5 laps

    Make sure you leave the ERS deployment to Hot Lap, then circle the track, but make sure you straight-line the final chicane keeping it flat for as long as possible. If you lift off the throttle on this game the ERS battery recharges so lift off as little as possible
