You'll get this most likely from just playing the game as it's going to take a lot of work to finish all of the levels. But if you're interested in grinding this out, it can be really easy on Level 2.
During Level 2 you will come to a spot where you need to be a color not matching the mesh in order to fall through. At the bottom, you'll need to select a particular color for a block to disappear and you can proceed (the default color is red).
If you stay as blue and swap to green and then back and forth between these two colors, you can just grind it out. Since the colors swap only with the one swapped in, it becomes as simple as just hitting either

until the achievement pops.
