Simply catch 50 fish weighing over 25lbs.
This can be any species, and DLC fish are included.
If you're just looking to knock this out, I'd recommend carp fishing on Gigantica as most carp there break the 25lb barrier.
Use a size 4-8 hook, with 15/20mm boilies and you'll catch plenty of carp at a decent rate.
