How to unlock the Go the Distance achievement

    Actions
    To get "Go the Distance", you need to win one of the four longer races in the main disciplines. To unlock those races, you have to get to specific levels in that respective series. The races, race series and unlocks are:

    Dirt Racing - The Gaunlet - unlocks at level 8
    Cross Country - The Titan - unlocks at level 8
    Street Scene - The Marathon - unlocks at level 9
    Road Racing - The Colossus - unlocks at level 10


    If you want to get this out of the way fast, concentrate on racing dirt or cross country after you finished the 4 season introduction and gained access to the complete horizon lineup. However, these do not take too long to unlock even when spreading your races throughout different disciplines and you need to get to level 10 anyways for all the series-related achievements.

    There are no car or class restrictions, so you can take your favorite or fastest car. The races are a bit longer than usual, it took me 10 minutes to finish The Gaunlet in an S850 Audi Sport Quattro.

    so basically what you need to do is get to the location to start the event (The Colossus, The Gauntlet, The Titan or The Marathon)
    Then select solo
    Then select custom events (last tab on the right)
    Then press RB to scroll to the right tabs and you will find so many different (across various tabs, trending today, best of the month, all time etc...) community created tracks and I can confirm (01/03/2021) that these do unlock the achievement. Took me 15 seconds lol

    Tips are LOOK FOR THE TRAIL RACE DISTANCE (bottom left above the weather and below all the big text) IT SHOULD BE 0.1 MI OR 0.2 and voila, ENJOY.toast

    (I did the Cross Country - as its the fastest at level 8 along with dirt racing)

    The other guide is perfectly fine, but you can finish the races early with Creative Hub. You can use for example share code 898 019 351 to get access to short track which counts as the Collosus.
