This achievement can only be obtained in the All 3's game mode using the 9/9 domino set.
It requires you to score 36 points by getting a board count of 36 on 3 occasions.
The good news is this achievement is accumulative and does not have to be done all in one game/round. As long as you get 36 points scored on 3 separate occasions across all "All 3's" games played, you will get this achievement.
It would be easiest to boost this online with a friend, but if you're going for this against the CPU then I'll show you how I did it.
My set up going for this achievement was like this:
Difficulty: Beginner
# of Opponents: 1
Domino Set: 9/9
Starting Hand: 7
Winning Score: 300 (max possible)
Spinner: On
Board Count: Yes
The earlier, you play a double in a round then the easier it will be to get to 4 domino paths which will be required to get to 36 points.
Make the double that gets played first a low one ideally because it will leave the higher doubles for later on in the round which will make getting to 36 points a lot easier.
Playing 6:6, 7:7, 8:8 or 9:9 will make the board count even higher, the only pain is if the CPU player then plays over the double and lowers the count again.
I personally found aiming for 40 was better because it was easier to lower the board count than to raise it. So at least if the board count went over 36, you would have a better chance of getting 36 when you make your move.
Another challenge you may face (even if boosting this online) is making the game last long enough, you want to ideally be drawing a lot of bones early in the round to make the game last long enough to get high board counts.
With the Winning score set to 300, you shouldn't need to worry about the game being won by score for at least a few rounds.
