This is a very simple achievement that simply requires you to complete a game with 2 active traits and a specialty ability applied to your player. You do not need to win a game or even score a goal, you simply need to finish a game in the World of CHEL with these traits and specialty applied. You will unlock traits as you progress with experience for your character in World of CHEL.
Once you've unlocked a couple traits (level 3), go to customize player and then edit loadouts. Here you can apply your newly acquired traits and specialty to your player, and the next game you complete, BLEEP BLOOP, we're done.
