I'm going to show you a method in the video of how to get this achievement by only playing 1 game! EASHL is not the most popular component of the NHL game so keep that in mind and try to knock this achievement out earlier rather than later.
Basically what we are going to do is find a club that is very close to winning a division title ideally in a lower division like 8-10. With a minimal amount of effort you can find a team that is one win away from obtaining a division title, and then what you will do is play that single game and as long as you get the win you will acquire the division title for your club, and simultaneously unlock the Conference Champion achievement by only playing a single game!! Also, you will need to have another club member online to play the game with as you cannot play these games solo, so be sure you have a friend or clubmate online ready to play.
