    This is a very simple achievement that requires you to block a shot using the manual defense stick, which is controlled by holding cn_RB and moving the right joystick cn_RS in the direction you want the stick to face. Simply get in front of the offensive player and hold your stick in front of the puck and eventually they will shoot it right into your stick.
