As this happens rather unexpectedly right after a cutscene and doesn't give you time to prepare, first gain some distance and apply any buffs you have. Avoid the central part of the hall as this is where most enemies will teleport - rather stay in one of the side parts and try to funnel them.
They will be teleporting after you deal with each batch, so when there's only one or two left, it's good to reload, heal or do whatever you need. Every wave will be more difficult and there's quite a few of them, but if you deal with low-tier enemies first, you'll have room to manoever around the big ones.
The final enemy can be a pain in the butt, teleporting very quickly and attacking instantly, but you can try to melee him before he escapes.
