A really easy way to gain this achievement is by doing the same tutorial repeatedly 30 times. The quickest one I found was the "Repair a Vehicle" one.
For this, I recommend having a vehicle in your "Vehicle Hall" - storing a vehicle here will also get you another achievement ("Go to your room!")
Press  and go to "Jobs", then go to "Tutorials", then click the "Repair Vehicles" tutorial and "Accept Job". Press  to start the Tutorial.
It is set out as follows;
1) Keep pressing to get through the dialogue.
2) A pop-up will instruct you to press
3) Another pop-up will appear, go to "Motor Pool"
4) Another pop-up will appear, expand details of a vehicle you have in your "Vehicle Hall", and click "Show in Vehicle Hall".
5) Another pop-up, clear it away, and then another pop-up will appear again; clear it away.
6) Press  and then for another pop-up.
7) Press  , move  to 11 o'clock (the I), and press
8) "Job Completed" - I averaged between 0m:07s and 0m:09s per tutorial. (not including loading screen).
As a side-note, for the "Know-it-all" achievement, merely abort one of these tutorial attempts and you will get that achievement as-well.
