This has to be done with a vehicle you don't own. Go to the dealership and press
and choose Tutorial.
When you are in the tutorial press
and choose any location then, once loaded a message will appear saying You're not allowed to leave the area with this machine Press
to Reset Vehicle and the achievement will unlock shortly after.
