    Actions
    You will be able to activate the Windmill right after completing the first three dungeons. You need 3 keys:

    - Green Key ---> Temple, First Dungeon
    - Red (well, Brownish) Key ---> Red Cave Dungeon
    - Blue Key ---> Cliffs Dungeon
