  Don't worry, you will get an orb from the Ox fight even if you take damage.
  
  Then come back with the super flame, walk just over to the ice threshold and shoot. The Ox will not activate or throw bombs but he will take damage. Keep shooting until he's down and your achievement will pop.

  I just did this legit and i managed to still get the achievement despite getting hit a split second after the bomb hitting the ox

  This can be attempted multiple times without quitting the level. So I just killed myself a few times until I got it.
  
  You need to send back 5 bombs to defeat the Ox and get this achievement.
  
  The camera stays top-down, not moving. I just kept moving in small circles near the top 2/3 of the ice, only aiming for the ones that come down the center, making it easy to line up.
  
  The ones that go left or right will bounce off the walls back to the middle, about 1/3 of the way to the Ox, from the start. They should stay out of the way enough (when they bounce) to get the hits in that you need to pop the achievement.

  Not sure how anyone didn't notice this yet, but you can easily get this without Super Flame too. The Ox seems to shoot the bombs in a pattern of Straight, Straight, and then one off to the left or right. What I did was entered the ice, flamed one right down the center at him and then got off the ice as the second straight one came and exploded. Then, I got back on and back off the ice to trigger him sending the bomb that goes to the left or right and waited for it to explode. Then I re-entered the ice and he shoots one down the middle again and I rinsed and repeated. Moral of the story: You don't have to stay on the ice the whole time to get this achievement!
