Excellence in Armament you obtained every single weapon in the game. beside the ones you can research at the R&D Facility, you also need the enemy ace drops which are 7 different weapons for every different class which is an additional 35 weapons total (engineers share the scout weapons) and you'll need all the random weapons you'll receive as mission rewards. any you missed can be bought at the infirmary with Renown points. there are 5 different weapons for each class beside the lancers who only have 3 different weapons. adding an additional 23 weapons you'll need
Excellence in Technology obtain every single tank upgrade for all 3 tank/APC units. beside the upgrades from the R&D Facility, you'll also need to get 6 additional upgrades from enemy tank aces.
Excellence in Teamwork all soldiers with the private rank have been promoted from private to corporal. just use every single soldier 40 times in battle to promote them to corporal. selecting a unit and end your turn right away counts.

Meritorious Service Medal receive an A rank
