This is the 3rd pantheon in the Godmaster content and IMO the first one that's moderately difficult. You have to face 10 bosses back to back with a Hot Spring and Bench halfway through (you can modify charms at the bench but progress is not saved).

    1. Hive Knight
    2. Elder Hu
    3. The Collector
    4. God Tamer
    5. Troupe Master Grimm
    Hot Spring and Bench
    6. Galien
    7. Grey Prince Zote (level 3)
    8. Uumuu
    9. Hornet
    The Godseeker NPC
    10. Great Nailsage Sly

The only way to get through this is to practice and master each boss encounter, knowing their attack patterns and when it's safe to counterattack. In the main game it's often fine to flail through bosses and barely survive but to get through this pantheon, you need to defeat bosses with minimal damage taken. Nailsage Sly will likely prove to be the most difficult part since you've never seen him before and because you have to spend 10 or so minutes just to get to him for a chance to learn his attacks. EDIT: After fighting Sly (or any boss, for that matter), he is available to practice against in the Hall of Gods below the Pantheons.

For charms, I used Unbreakable Strength (extra damage), Quick Focus (faster healing), Stalwart Shell (longer invulnerability after taking damage), Grubsong (gain soul when damaged), and Longnail (extended nail range). Note that Fragile charms will not break if you die.

Here's a video of my successful run:

Further info can be found on the Hollow Knight wiki.

    Good Luck.

AwooSly is a total mess too, no idea how to read his moves.

AwooAlright, here's my advice for Sly:

Mark of Pride, and then you do this:

AwooBasically just an exercise in not being greedy.

    vSullySly does two main things:

    1) Double slash to spinning uppercut. Back up to avoid the first two and go underneath the spin to hit him a couple of times from behind.
    2) Jump and downward attack followed up with an arc slash.

He occasionally does a long dashing or spinning attack that you can just jump over or pogo off of.

I’ve never had any sort of problem with Hornet. Either encounter. Her attacks are slow and predictable and she dies pretty fast.

ICE Faux PirateAwoo, I hate Hornet too. Not sure why but she is one of the hardest bosses in the game for me. I know all her attacks well but the second she starts putting those spikey balls on the field she usually gets me while I'm distracted by them. I'll take Watcher Knights any day over her.

ICE Faux PirateI've changed my mind......Grey Prince Zote is the most evil boss design in the game. He's so ridiculously random. It's basically a toss up whether I beat him or not.
I really hope someone confirms that we can get these achievements without Zote being in the Pantheon on Xbox. I would probably replay the game just so I don't have to deal with him.

MugenKairoSame as ICE Faux Pirate above; I may have to replay the game without fighting him to avoid him in the pantheons... On my Steam attempt I could make it to Sly every time and unlocked the achievement however on my XBox run I can only pass Zote 1/4 times because his encounters are so random.

Nick S AdminI can confirm that the achievement still unlocks if you let Zote to die. The boss doesn't appear at the third and the fifth pantheon!
