    There are 3 unique places to draw a sketch in this episode.

    1 - On the hospital bed at the very beginning. Look at the sketchbook. Then draw the view out the window inside of it.
    2 - You will take rest in the shade of a billboard and can sketch the landscape.
    3 - Inside the hotel room. Look out the window, and you can sketch the view from here.

    At the beginning of Episode 4: Faith, you will wake up and your notebook will be on the table in front of you. Look through it first and then you will be able to draw. You can start drawing by looking out the window, feel free to complete it; however, you can stop after making the rough sketch and get your achievement / trophy.
