How to unlock the Cornered achievement

    When you're going in for your final strikes against Chanel, wait and leave a sliver of health and she will change forms into a giant worm-like creature and the achievement will unlock.

    ll Sen llYeah when you have her at low health an she starts screaming and is super vulnerable "DO NOT HIT HER" give it a couple of seconds an she will transform into her second form. [Achievement unlocked]
    Also note that she recovers full health but is super easy to beat than her first form. All I used was the 2h sword to beat her. Just play it safe and when you know you can strike her run up to [hold RT] and press [X] and hit her again then just back off and repeat. You can use the spell that powers up your weapon to speed up the process
