Everybody Benefits achievement in AC Odyssey

So, for this achievement, you need to reach the island of Kos, which is situated on the eastern side of the map. The recommended level is 34-34. Once you get to the island, you will notice a quest marker on the eastern side of it and it should be called "A Business Opportunity", it is located inside a fort and it requires that you free and carry Markos back to his place.
Once you get him back home safely, he will ask you to complete 3 extra quick quests and once you finish the 3rd one, you will unlock the achievement.

Edit : According to METALGAMER8, you can simply refuse to help him after sampling the wine and still get the achievement.

It didn't pop up for me either but when I reloaded a save and complete it again it popped up

I got the achievement by basically telling Markos to go fuck himself ( i.e. refusing to help him) so you don't really need to do any quests beyond I think the first one where you sample the wine.

Seems you can't skip the quests and get the achievement anymore. I had to do all three for the achievement. They are very quick though

That's not true, after returning to Markos from burning the farm you can decline and walk away, letting you pop the achievement. Note that it still takes 3 quests (A Business Opportunity and the two after) but all of them are within walking distance of each other

It isn’t bugged anymore. Tell Markos to go fuck himself after burning the silos and it will pop.
