  Here is my 100% Achievement guide for this game.
  
  There are plenty of items to interact with through the game and I'm sure the earliest you can unlock this is in chapter 6.. Even if you dont get it there, there are plenty of items until chapter 14 for you to get this.
  
  Just keep an eye out for the white dot near items meaning it can be interacted with.
  
  Following my guide though will get you it in chapter 6.

  Any item that you can pick up and rotate counts towards this achievement -- no skill builds necessary, no hidden items needed. Simply pick up any object you can as you go along, and you'll have this achievement completed well before the end of the game.
  
  I got this achievement in Chapter 6 playing through the game without a guide, so there are plenty of opportunities for this. If not complete by Chapter 6, Chapter 7 has an absolute wealth of inspectable objects, especially after starting the safe puzzle -- there's about 20 items in this chapter alone.
