  Easy way to have this :
  Go on 1 on 1 with a friend on stadium. Just kill yourself with pipe bombs and rocket launcher during 10 min (around 70 Kills) and you will have the three achievements in 1h30 for both players.

  Stadium is definitely the level to do this. Each corner has pipe bombs, and on the side with the cheerleaders is where you will find the devestater and RPG.
  
  Blowing yourself up with the RPG or Devestater sometimes drops it where you died, sometimes not. So instead of waiting for explosives to spawn you can get some real quick kills by recycling that dropped weapon. Not sure what triggers it though.
  
  If you are really waiting on weapons to spawn, there are some explosives up top on the outside of the level. Not too sure on the location.
  
  Also, make sure to enable "Run Mode" by pushing in RS. I didn't do this for a couple matches and could only get 35-40 "kills"

  I found "Movie Set" to be the easiest level to boost for the achievement.
  Go into a 1 vs 1 match, making sure that is the level being played.
  2 Pipe bomb spawns exist side by side near a "Stage 17B" Sign
  
  You will have unlimited time to find a pipe bomb, and kill yourself. Or kill your partner.

  Found this method to be much quicker as you don't need to swop maps once you start this game, level is small and if you circle around using the 2 pipe bomb and RPG spawn it's done in no time

  This should be the top solution. It should also be noted that you cannot change the map once you are in a Multiplayer lobby, however you can keep leaving and re-joining until the Movie Set map pops up. After that wait for your boosting partner, & happy hunting.

  Dukematch 500 Kills Steps to Success:
  
  1. Start up a ranked match of free-for-all or one-on-one depending on how many players are going for this. (Up to 4)
  
  2. Meet up in the lobby. This is fairly easy considering almost nobody plays this game.
  
  3. You will probably get Hollywood Holocaust as your first map. Play through this map and any others till you get to Duke Burger.
  
  4. You want Duke Burger because it has NO time limit.
  
  5. In game you are going to hunt for explosives and blow yourself up. This counts as kills. Don't kill other players (yet) because this robs them of kills.
  
  6. Duke Burger has explosives in these locations:
  -a. Pipe Bombs by the low wall near the spinning Duke sign.
  -b. Pipe Bomb in the food dispenser behind the counter.
  -c. Rocket Launcher in the rear most bathroom.
  -d. Laser Trip Bombs on the "Humane Society" desk.
  -e. Devastator in the backroom meat grinder.
  -f. The meat grinder in the back is great for suicides as well.
  
  7. Whoever has the key cards needs to open all applicable doors to make travel through the level easier.
  
  8. Run to the nearest method of death and 86 yourself.
  
  If anyone finishes before anyone else does have them run to the Pipe Bombs outside so they can contribute to everyone else's kill count.
  
  This method took me and two other people a little over 2 hours.
  
  (Also make sure you click on the drive thru speaker at least once. Great Beavis & Butthead reference there.)

  I did this method yesterday with a boosting partner. We got into Duke Burger right away and it took us 3 hours and 15 minutes till we both got the achievement for 500 kills.
