In a Versus match, 5 players on a team must individually pull the foghorn on Harbor or Harbor Haze.

    As Rossco7530 and Dmbledore mention in the Comments section of one of the other solutions, this can be done in private horde.

    All you have to do is pick up the fabricator and don't put it down until everyone but the player holding it has pulled the horn and the lever is once again available to be pulled. At that point, the final player puts down the fabricator and pulls the lever. The achievement pops before the enemies begin to spawn.

    Runner eGirl^^ I don't think you can, it's max 2 per device (not sure about PC, could be just 1 there). Gears 5 does allow for 3 accounts per console, maybe that's where the mistake comes from?

    Just did this on 18 AUG 2019 and its still working.
    Horde Private on Harbour with 2 split screeners and me.
    Ran straight to horn and pulled it, wait 60 secs, next person pulls. Rinse and repeat.
    No need to even touch the fabricator.
    Popped about 10 seconds after player 5 pulled the horn.
