  This one can be obtain in Life & Death chapter. Once you get to the cemetery just switch to cat and go near the big tree that is on the middle of the cemetary and press action near the guy.

  Hey Guys & Gals!
  This is my 100% Achievement/Trophy Guide walkthrough (& All Collectibles) for 11-11 Memories Retold and is divided into 2 parts.
  
  In the graveyard as Kurt for the first time in the Life or Death chapter, you can now switch as Lotty the cat.
  (I recommend you getting all collectibles and everything out the way first and leaving this particular achievement for last).
  Once everything is done and dusted, there is a big tree in the middle of the graveyard with a lone man crying.
  
  Simply go up to him as the cat, press to comfort him and it unlocks.
