  Walk up to the gate, the security guard and the pool guy will talk - then both will walk away.
  
  Pick the lock on the truck .
  Then put on the Pool clothes .
  
  The achievement will unlock immediately.

  On the Pre-Mission Setup just picklock the van and change into the clothes

  At the beginning of the level, you will be at the gate of the mansion. Wait for the Pool guy and Bodyguard to stop talking and walk off, and the van you need to lockpick is right infront of you.. Easy as!
