  There are 12 artifacts to collect with 2 that can be missed if not careful. All artifacts have a purple glow.
  
  Boombox
  Can be found in the East Outpost Zone.
  
  Far Looker
  Can be found at Hammond’s Cabin.
  
  Hipster Fruit Tester
  Can be found in the Fallen Angel Zone.
  
  Power Brick
  Can be found in the Sea Titans Zone.
  
  Defibrillator
  Can be found in the House of Bones Zone second floor, can also spawn on the ground floor.
  
  Cold Box
  Can be found in the Izza and Fala Zone.
  
  Melting Tool
  Can be found in the Scraplands Zone.
  
  EL Generator
  Can be found in the Law of the Horned Devil Zone.
  
  Important!!! Make sure to start a fight or at least keep a few enemies alive to fight around the artifact (The thing that is connected to the Mimir Z600 robot). The Mimir Z600 needs to be activated by an enemy and destroyed to enable the artifact to be collected.
  You have to do the same if you reprogram the robot as well.
  
  LUX’s Light
  Can be found in the Castle of Light Zone.
  
  Important!!! You need to go collect the key for Lux, BUT do not return it to him. Go open the sanctum/basement to find the artifact in there.
  
  Grogg Milker
  Can be found in the Grogg Den Zone.
  
  Holy Book of Fixing +1
  Can be found in the World Ender Zone.
  
  Kommonde 64
  Can be found in the Forbidden City Zone, ROBO building. Either first or second floor.

  I initially thought it was bugged due to not finding it on top floor. After searching bottom floor, I found it in the corner of the north side.

  For those that cannot find the Kommode 64...for me it was on the bottom floor in the far right corner of the ROBO building. It glows purple. It was not on the second floor table.

  Same as the other two comments, I found defibrillator (twice) on the ground floor. I say twice because my game corrupted and had to play a second time

  Here is a video made by Pink Rabbit Gaming showing the location of all 12 artifacts in the game.
  ATTENTION it has 1 artifact that can be missed, so if you are starting the game now, watch all the video so you don't miss this artifact!
  
  Edit: for some reason the items in the game is appearing on different floors.
  Defibrillator: If it is not in the location shown in the video, look downstairs in a corner
  Kommode 64: the same situation, if it is not in the location shown in the video, go downstairs and look near the table under the stairs

  While this video is good, you should mention that the Defibrillator is not in the location on the video. It is on the ground floor of the same building, in the corner of a room.

  Done, maybe it is a bug or multiple spawn location, for me all the itens was in the same location in the video
