  *** Spoiler - click to reveal *** to get this achievement you need to do a WHOLE LOT of things, but assuming you even got far enough to even think about this achievement, requires you hatching the Sea Emperor Leviathan's eggs to which its children spit out enzyme 42 which cures the illness. To do this you will need at least 2 ion cubes and 2 blue tablets (one can be found in the power plant and the other you have to make). Enter the primary alien containment facility using the first blue tablet and open the primary moonpool in front of you with the second blue tablet. after jumping in the water you will hear the leviathan tell you the story of how the ancient ones locked it in this containment along with its children and tried to force enzyme 42 out of them to cure themselves. use one of the ion cubes to activate the incubator and the other to open the portal at the back of the container. now you must gather the hatching enzyme ingredients (which is a journey in itself, just know that before you jumped into the moon pool there were 6 rooms outside where 4 of them lead to biomes of 4 of the 5 ingredients needed to make the hatching enzymes and the 5th being a sea crown which is located in the moonpool area) after making the hatching enzymes put it in the incubator, hatch the sea emperor leviathan juveniles, watch them comfort their dying parental figure who can't leave as it is far too large, then which they will give you enzyme 42. Touch it and you get the achievement.

  Just a heads up, if you are using your prawn inside the containment facility, there were a few times my suit would glitch and stop moving and stop jetpacking, like it got stuck in the floor. if this happens, get your repulsion cannon and blast your prawn forwards until it kneels down, and its ready to be used and moved again. the cannon doesnt harm your prawn.

  When my prawn got stuck in the floor inside the containment facility I used the grappling hook to pull myself out

  I got stuck in the jellyshroom cave in my prawn and the grappling hook didn't work. Next time I'll try the repulsion cannon.

  The solution from NerdsLastStand focuses on the normal way to get this achievement. For my part, however, I had the problem that the enzyme 42 didn't appear.
  
  So I decided to get to this achievement in the faster way...
  
  

  1. As described in the walkthrough, you open the Command Console with & then press
  Under Commands, you now go all the way down and select Infect 50
  
  Playing on Windows?
  

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***On the PC you have to press F3 first and then F8. Remove the checkmark in the upper left box at "Disable Command Console". Now you have to press Enter and type in: infect 50

  
  
  2. To be saved (I don't know if this step is necessary) go out of the menu, then press and select save.
  Important! Wait until the save icon at the top left disappears! Now leave the game...
  
  3. Reload your save
  
  4. Now press & then (on the PC Enter)
  Type in: playerinfection 5
  
  5. Repeat step nr.3 and save again and after the save-icon disappears you can leave the game again...
  
  6. Load the game one last time and the achievement should even pop-up on the loading screen :)

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***Die Solution von NerdsLastStand bezieht sich auf den normalen Weg diesen Erfolg freizuschalten. Für mich trat jedoch, wieso auch immer, das Problem auf, dass das Enzym 42 nicht erschienen ist.
  
  Also habe ich mich dazu entschieden den Erfolg auf den leichten Weg freizuschalten...
  
  

  1. Wie im Walkthrough beschrieben öffnet ihr die Command Console mit & drückt dann
  Unter Commands geht ihr ganz nach unten und wählt Infect 50

  2. Um sicherzugehen (ich weiß nicht ob dieser schritt wirklich notwendig ist) geht aus dem Menü, und drückt und wählt speichern.
  Wichtig! Wartet bis das Speicher-Symbol oben links verschwunden ist! Jetzt verlasst das Spiel…
  
  3. Ladet euren Speicherstand wieder
  
  4. Jetzt drückt & und dann (auf dem PC "Enter")
  tippt ein: playerinfection 5
  
  5. Wiederholt schritt nr.3 und speichert wieder. Nachdem das Speicher-Symbol wieder verschwunden ist könnt ihr das Spiel wieder verlassen…
  
  6. Ladet euren Spielstand ein letztes Mal und der Erfolg sollte noch im Ladebildschirm aufploppen :)
