To earn this achievement, you can get it pretty easily on a kickoff. To make this one easier, you can edit teams on the player editor option from the main menu under customize. To make it incredibly easy to get this achievement, edit the entire roster of any random team and change the speed rating to 1 for every single player. Press start to save the roster when you're done and then set up a quickplay game against the team you edited. You can select to receive the ball on the opening kickoff. Catch the kickoff and run out of the end zone. Don't use your sprint right away just in case one of the kicking team players gets close enough to tackle you. If the opposing players get close, use

to juke and you should slip right past the slow players. Take the ball to the end zone for the achievement. If you don't get a touchdown on the kickoff, just quit the game and start a new one for another chance to return the kickoff. The achievement will pop shortly after the touchdown
