    Simply hold the LB button when close to someone, tap LB to throw them. Repeat 50 times.

    x2iYou don't necessarily have to throw them to earn this achievement although it usually is the most quickest way to detach your player and grab someone else.

    If you are, let's say, on a high bridge above water, try and take someone as a human shield and throw them off the edge of the bridge and it'll net you the 'Going the Distance' achievement too.

    You will get this doing 3 maybe 4 Crowd Control activities if you throw all the people, pretty easy.
