  In the biolab, once you acquire the snake follow this combination with the buttons on the wall:- up, left, down, left and grab. Only hit each button once or the pattern will break.
  
  If you successfully do this you will encounter a cutscene showing you the vault door opening, once you have finished the cutscene complete the biolab level.
  
  After you have completed the level, go to the end of the corridor, go under the door, past the rabbit with the key and go under the other door. You will see the vault door that opened in the cutscene, go inside and the achievement will pop.

  1. If your struggling with the sensitivity you can turn your controller sensitivity down in the settings.
  2. If your struggling with the pattern working, try starting in the bottom right of the grid.

It’s easy to double tap by accident. If you mess up, hit grab and start again. You can start the combination from any spot.

  Don't use the blue key or you can't enter the vault at the end. Had to restart because he said to complete the level

  Just want to mention you HAVE to start from the bottom right, when at the bottom right panel, do up left down left, a cutscene will now start, follow the rest
