The way i done it was to place 15 Tropical Fish in a 3 X 5 pond, then wait until they are all ready to fish, stood next to pond and fished it, i stood at the side on the middle square of the 3 and it worked.
I tried fishing first, from the long side of the pond and the achievement never popped.

snake42069it has to be a 15 fish pond. no more, no less. just popped for me. i tested it with a 16 fish pond, in a 4x4 grid, nothing happened. switched to a 3x5 and it popped.

snake42069also, i just figured out why. 15 tiles is the maximum amount of tiles to count as a single fishing attempt. also, the maximum pool size of fish is 1000, before it starts a new pool of fish. It allows 67 attempts at fishing when the timer has been reached (for the last tile of fish added), thats how i arrived at this statement.

CRT JEDIMARKMy problem was that I had 3 tiles with a 20m timer and the other 12 had 4m timer. When the 4 minutes were up, the pond had a harvest icon over all 15 tiles, including the ones I knew still had 16 minutes left. So I sepearated the 3 and waited until both ponds were ready. Then I reunited them and it worked.
