The first possible instance to do this is when you first gain access to the
East Office using the cutting tool. Inside of this area, find a flash grenade on the desk, and equip it as your active sub-weapon.
Now, find an enemy and get snatched. You will be able to counter using the on-screen prompt, and if done correctly, the character will punch a flash grenade into the enemy's mouth. After you break free, use your pistol to shoot the grenade and cause it to explode to unlock the achievement.
