Select the Red, Fire Mage.
After you complete the 2nd level called 'Fortress' and you are on the World Map, go back and up to the level called 'Villager's Shop'. In here you can buy wands and try those wands out on the training dummies below.
Simply charge your Mana to full and blast away at the training dummies til you hit a combo of 30 in the top right. This will also unlock;
