My achievement say no injured within battle, 20 minutes (in french)
I found this easier way by accident, no need to move.
Simply enter the first Skeletor Boss Area, and stay there on the left.
Don't go to the right to begin the battle with the boss, simply wait.
The achievement will popup after the time needed (20 minutes for me).

Entrer dans la région "le seigneur squelette"
Rester à la gauche, ne pas aller à droite pour ne pas commencer la bataille avec le boss.
Pas besoin de bouges, juste attendre.
Attendre que l'achievement apparaisse.

This achievement takes 30 minutes to unlock.

Go to the fountain level (2nd level in the game) and shoot until there's a handful of skeletons chasing you.

Then let them follow you for 30 minutes.

Don't kill them or they'll respawn. Don't let them touch you or you've reset the timer.

Just walk them round the fountain. you're faster than them.

Do it for 30 minutes and it will unlock. It will count being followed by these enemies as "bieng in combat".
