    if you fast travel to the Frobisher’s memory location and walk north up the road the tanker is bound to appear and drive towards you. if it doesn’t spawn, or you get a supply drop or other cars driving towars you instead, fast travel to the same spot again and keep trying. take the sniper companion with you to get rid of the driver without damaging the vehicle. you can then deliver the tanker to the nearby outpost up the hill.

    xXGamerXPro75XxConfusing guide, woulda saved me 10+ minutes if you had said *Frobishers Memory can be located west of Signal Point* rather than just giving a map, your characters location, and a location highlighted but can barely even tell its highlighted

    New xDante1986xxGamerxPro75xx: to be fair it took me 20 seconds to find out the spot, you see the boundaries and outpost, so fairly easy to find the spot :), but not sure how it helps to other people 100 restarts and only one cistern, when i used sniper rifle, I headshot driver and it detonate cistern as well.... unfortunately :)

    if you don't want destroy the citern truck laugh tell at carmina to kill the driver ( Left arrow on the driver )

    Matin MafiaThis guide worked like a charm! Thanks to the picture, I found the location very easily and the first time I tried, the ethanol truck spawned there. I headshot the driver with a sniper and then took the truck to the outpost.

    pezboybenI tried a couple of times during my playthrough and blew up each time. Tried after completing the story and I couldn't get one to spawn for the life of me. I scrapped one of my liberated outposts and didn't reclaim it and the first truck I saw was an ethanol tanker. Not sure if this is a coincidence or not but if anyone is having a problem finding one, try that.

    Y2Kasper10I am getting the Ethanol tanker but 2x I returned it to an Outpost and nothing happens. It just sits there and nobody does anything, nothing pops and there's no marker of where to put it. I've moved it around and nothing happens

    SprinkyDinkOnly took a few travels for it to spawn sniped it with nana and drove it and popped the achievement once I got out at the outpost. Great solution
