How to unlock the Springboard achievement

    To unlock the Springboard achievement in Far Cry New Dawn, you will first need to progress through the story to a mission in Act 2 so that you are able to purchase the Leap of Faith gold perk for 7 perk points. Once acquired, this will allow you to press A whilst in the air for additional jump height -- basically a double jump.

    To survive a 30m fall using only the Leap of Faith perk, you can find a cliff and jump off. If you absolutely want to make sure that you will be falling from a height of more than 30m, upgrade your Expeditions to level 3 at Prosperity and select an Air Drop from the fast travel menu.

    Instead of opening your parachute or wingsuit, keep free-falling and then press the A button just before you hit the ground to land safely on the ground and unlock the Springboard achievement.

    The iAdzvery strange but i air dropped and accidently press jump well too high in the sky. just before reaching the ground, i air dropped to try again and the achievement just popped as soon as i spawned in the sky!

    I actually got this using the air drop fast travel and I pressed A one time when I was in the air to test it out and I immediately hit the map menus to do the airdrop again. When I selected fast travel again.. the achievement popped up and I didn't even hit the ground

    If like me you haven't unlocked Airdrop but have acquired double jump perk (Leap of Faith),this is best done at the Flame of Eden as it has a near vertical cliff.Check out my video below

    Simply run and jump with a single jump from the cliff edge,then time the second jump as close to the ground as possible.

    Good thing about this location,if you fail you can die and you'll respawn back up on top for another attempt ;)
