Like most of the "Do X" achievements in Dead Space, this achievement should unlock easily with time. There are a lot of opportunities to Zero-G jump across the game, but I found myself jumping less often than I would like. For that reason, I just committed 10 minutes in a single chamber to make sure the achievement unlocked.

To perform a Zero-G jump, simply enter a Zero-G chamber, aim like you are aiming your weapon and press Y. If you get a buzzing noise, it means you can't jump to that spot, so pick another. The game doesn't allow you to jump to some surfaces, but you'll pick up on those quickly.

If you want to knock the achievement out quickly, the first Zero-G chamber you will encounter is the therapy chamber in Chapter 2. Simply jump around the room until the achievement pops up. It will take about ten minutes. I found that jumping a very short distance around the chamber was much faster than jumping long distances. This method can be done in any of the Zero-G chambers you encounter, just be sure that you do this in a chamber that has air in it. If a small counter appears on your back and the sound cuts out, you know the room lacks air. You won't have enough time to jump 100 times in a room with no air.

    Cheers!

This will save you 8½ minutes of pointless jumping.... ;)
For this to pop you don't have to spend 10 minutes jumping around like a rabbit - you actually just need 1½ minute.

    Do the following:
In the first Zero-G room you encounter on level 2 (after the section with open space / vacuum) and just after the message screen / log telling you how to Zero-G jump - you should jump across the room to the _wall_ just under the platform that you would otherwise think you should land on. This wall is very small and divided in two by a small rectangular "lump" in the middle. You can Zero-G jump back and forth over that small lump - and since the distance is so short, each jump will take just half a second (it's actually more like a large step - than a jump). All you have to do is turn around and jump again and again and again... :)

QuickMythrili would add this as my own solution however, i just started and i don't have any achievements registered with TA yet, so i can't. in the room you mention i found it much easier to just hop forward all the way around and around the circular wall. that way instead of having to turn all the way around, you just have to aim up a little to the next row of rectangle tiles. just keep hopping forward in a loop until you get it.

If you have time, when you first encounter your first zero-G situation, just jump 100 times during that moment. Note that this is going to take longer than you think so dont give up right away it does require a little patience if your going to sit there and jump 100 times
