This is not a proper guide about how to obtain this achievement.
To get this you basically need to do all the Mathias missions but, due the glitchy / buggy design nature of the game you perhaps will be facing some issues trying to activate it.
It happened to me and I have to put some effort on it, so spoilers below, just check it in the case you are following Raban Maur missions and you are stuck trying to trigger the final one with Matthias.

Sorry for this but dealing with this kind of bugs at version 1.7 of the game (august 2020) it is beyond me why it is not fixed

E vee dubCan you tell us:

    Where is Mathias?
Do we have to do other missions first before we can do his story?
    How many missions are there?
It's July 2021, is this patched?

FaSCoRPMatthias is usually inside the city on a rounded place with a lot of columns, when you cross the big gate it will be middle way by it and on the right side. It should be pointed into your "location / radar" as a point of interest.
Of course you can do other missions first before doing that. Anthem does not follow and strict order in some cases.
This achievements belong to a specific set of task you have to do, it does not apply to any other missions.
I don't know if this is patched. I never went back to the game after the end.
I just posted a solution about how to trigger these missions because the bug I experienced, that could happen to someone else.

SniggitIt happened to me that's for sure! I was able to approach slowly like FaSCoRP's wonderful advice suggested. Then whenever the POI vanished from the radar/compass I would back track my steps till it came back, move a lil bit to the left and start moving forward again. When I made it to where "they" were I didn't need to get really close at all. I believe I saw the x prompt right as I made it to the middle of the circle that's in the middle of that area. I've never pressed the x button so quick in my life laugh. Seemed like the camera was zooming in for the conversation like half way across the room. Lol

If u get to press x and start the convo your good.

Really horrible and annoying bug. Did it to me on the conversation after the mission too. Smh

Oh yeah and my Co op partner did not get the achievement by the way, despite the mission saying complete on his end. It's the only one that didn't pop for both of us. Not sure if this bug has something todo with it just sayin...

Dread ReaverTo add to this solution, I had trouble even getting the 3 guys to even offer me anything else for a while, not even a waypoint on the map. In the end, I had to just keep doing what seemed like generic "orange" contracts for other characters (e.g. Brin, Yarrow, etc), before this final mission appeared as an option.
