Not a full guide, but a tip for the final mission "puzzle": you will find yourself in a room with 4 large rotating ring puzzles.
For each of the 4 ring puzzles, you need to match/align the symbol in the innermost circle with the same symbol on the surrounding rings.
To do this, wait until the matching symbol on the 2nd innermost ring has nearly aligned with the inner ring symbol, and then hit the "hold" button. If done right, those two rings will lock together, become aligned and will start to rotate in the same direction together.
Repeat this process for the other outer rings in that puzzle, so that eventually all 4 rings are aligned and the puzzle will be marked as complete.
You then then to repeat the process for the other 3 puzzles. Be warned though, the visuals become much harder to see on some of the puzzles, so hopefully you have decent eyesight. You'll also need to contend with some annoying enemies at the same time.
