How to unlock the Cannon Connoisseur achievement

    All of the Weapon I Challenge achievements are quite similar. For this one, you need to kill a total of 50 enemies with 3 different variants of the Autocannon.

    You can track your progress by pressing cn_back, then browse to Challenges -> Weapons -> Autocannon. Select the rifle you want to track and hit cn_X.

    The autocannon challenges required for this achievement are:

    Torrent I
    Cloudburst I
    Mauler I

    Basically, any mob can drop them. You will also get it off treasure chests and other mission rewards. Also, note that this is a Colossus-only gun so it can only drop when you are playing the Colossus javelin.

    ETERNAL INFERNOFor some reason the Torrent I will not drop for me while playing my Colossus. I have tried freeplay, strongholds, legendary mission, quickplay random mission. quickplay random stronghold, on different difficulties ranging from easy to grandmaster 2. Still no luck with getting the last autocannon to drop....

    iGeordie93same here, no matter what I do I cant get the torrent autocannon to drop at all .... how strange!! and annoying.

    ll BENNO llI know this is an older guide but would have been good to know you can only use autocannon on the colossus and thus I couldn’t get the them to even drop on a ranger.

    If you're anything like me, I got tired of using the colossus quick and saved these until the endgame. When I finally came back to it, i just needed one auto cannon left (torrent i think). While farming strongholds looking for it, i stumbled across a way easier way to get this. Once you hit max level, you unlock masterwork weapon challenges for those weapons. These also count toward the achievement (confirmed this through AR's and Marksman as well) making it alot easier to find a required weapon and complete. If anyone finds issues with this solution, please comment so I can change. Good luck to the masses on completion of this trash can of a game!
