This is an unmissable story mission. I have copied the stages from

2 When the scene is over, launch the Expedition from your Javelin
3 Take off, follow your markers until you find the Scar Camp
4 Once you've reached the camp, take out all the Scars you encounter
5 Locate the weapons cache in the camp
6 Find another Scar Camp and clear it out, then find the Relics in the camp
7 Fly off and follow your marker to locate the Ursix
8 Defeat the Ursix and loot it
9 Once you have all the tribute, follow your marker to reach Princess Zhim's Hideout
10 Talk to Zhim's bodyguard to go inside the hideout
11 After the custcene, repel the Dominion attack
12 When you've repelled the Dominion attack, follow your marker to reach the Strider
13 Defeat the Dominion forces to protect the Strider
14 Once all Dominion foes are dealt with, locate Owen and repair his Javelin to end the mission
I completed this mission on Pilot Level 7 and Ranger Power 60.
The Ursix doesn't come alone but the enemies it comes with(on normal difficulty) are only red bar Scars. Personally I kept my distance. I would throw an Inferno Grenade at the Ursix, use a Seeker Missile and then focus my fire on the other enemies and repeat until my Ultimate was fully charged.
It will throw rocks at you but you can see them coming and they are easy to dodge. If you get too close he will do his melee attacks which do a lot of damage
