This acheivement is easiest done in an exhibition game where you can either pitch to yourself or have a friend pitch for you. Have your batter angled slightly toward left field or pull the ball that way because all you have to do is get it into the second level. Try to use a team that has power hitters. I used the Cardinals with all the players unlocked and got the homer with Pujols.
